§ 210-38 Numbering Grid.
   For the purpose of implementing and administering the provisions of this subchapter, a grid map is hereby adopted, on file in the office of the City Clerk, and made the system of numbering in the city. All numbers assigned shall be assigned in accordance with the grid.
