§ 210-20 Applicability.

   The provisions of this subchapter shall apply to any person doing, or causing to be done, any work of any nature listed below on or in any street, alley, sidewalk, park or other public ground or place in the city:

   (A)   Altering or changing;

   (B)   Bridge;

   (C)   Culvert;

   (D)   Ditch;

   (E)   Drain;

   (F)   Electric, telegraph or telephone wire, pole or conduit;

   (G)   Excavating or other digging;

   (H)   Flume;

   (I)   Gas main, pipe or conduit;

   (J)   Railroad track, tie or switch;

   (K)   Sewer main, manhole or pipe;

   (L)   Sidewalk;

   (M)   Street improvement;

   (N)   Tree; or

   (O)   Water main, hydrant or pipe.
