§ 194-09 Industrial or Construction Activity Discharges.
   Any person subject to an industrial or construction activity shall comply with the provisions of the AZPDES permits. Proof of compliance with such permits may be required in a form acceptable to the city prior to allowing of discharges to the MS4.
