(A) No person shall deposit or cause to be deposited in any refuse container which is serviced by the city any prohibited substance or material. All prohibited substances shall be separated and placed in separate containers which shall be clearly identified.
(B) Every refuse generator shall call the director of public services for special collection of these items; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to any refuse generator who has secured the prior written approval of the Director of Public Services or other duly authorized agency acting for and in behalf of the city, for otherwise disposing of prohibited substances.
