§ 156-11 Exemptions.

The following are exempt from the requirements of this chapter: normal farm agricultural practices under A.R.S. §§ 49-457 and 49-504.4, and open areas, vacant lots, unpaved parking lots, and unpaved roadways that are not located at sources that require any permit under these rules.
