§ 138-12 Notice to vacate.
   Upon declaring a residential rental property to be unfit for human habitation, the city shall give notice pursuant to § 138-08 and order the property owner or managing agent and tenant(s) to vacate any affected dwelling unit(s) no later than 72 hours after service of notice.
