(A) Whenever the word “city,” “municipality,” or “jurisdiction” is used in the Fire Code adopted by the provisions of this article, it shall be construed to mean the City of Yuma, Arizona.
(B) Whenever the term “corporate counsel” or “city attorney” is used in the Fire Code adopted by the provisions of this article, it shall be construed to mean the attorney of this city.
(C) Whenever the words “Authority Having Jurisdiction,” or the initials "AHJ" are used in the Fire Code adopted by the provisions of this article, it shall be held to mean the Chief of the Fire Department or his authorized representative.
