§ 131-01 Fire Fighting Outside City.
   The Fire Department is hereby authorized to answer fire alarms, suppress fires, respond to rescue calls, contain hazardous materials emergencies, as defined in A.R.S. § 49-201, and other extraordinary emergency service from outside agencies beyond the corporate limits of the city whenever the Chief of the Fire Department, in his discretion, shall deem it necessary to protect lives and property.
