§ 114-31 Possession, Manufacture and Disposition Prohibited.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to:
   (A)   Possess any of the competent parts of a firebomb with intent to willfully and maliciously use such material, substance or device to set fire to or burn any buildings or property.
   (B)   Possess, manufacture or dispose of a fire bomb.
