For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DISPOSE OF. Give, give away, loan, offer, offer for sale, sell, transfer, hurl, throw or cause to be hurled or thrown.
FIRE BOMB. A breakable container containing a flammable liquid with a flash point of 150 degrees Fahrenheit (65.5 degrees Celsius) or less, having a wick or similar device capable of being ignited, but no device commercially manufactured primarily for the purpose of illumination shall be deemed to be a fire bomb.
