§ 114-16 Forfeiture.
   (A)   Every person convicted of a violation of § 114-15 is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall forfeit to the Chief of Police the gun or instrument so fired or discharged.
   (B)   Any weapon used in the commission of any act prohibited by law which such act is committed within the city shall be forfeited to the Chief of Police.
