§ 114-05 Exhibiting a Deadly Weapon.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, not in necessary self-defense, in the presence of another, to draw or exhibit any deadly weapon in a threatening manner, or to, in any manner, unlawfully use the weapon in a fight or quarrel.
