§ 112-46 City May Clean Premises.
   The city may require, in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter, any owner, lessor or occupant of property to remove litter from the premises. If such owner shall fail to comply, the city shall remove such litter in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.
