§ 110-02 Posting of Signs in Coin-Operated Businesses.
   (A)   In any coin-operated business which is open for business during hours when no attendant is present there must be posted in a conspicuous place the name and address of the person to be contacted in regard to refunds or other problems.
   (B)   The owner of any such business shall be responsible for posting signs on the property in a conspicuous place which reads: “Anyone on the premises not conducting lawful business herein will be considered trespassing by the establishment.”
