§ 76-99 Penalty.
   (A)   Any person violating any section of this chapter shall be deemed to have committed a class 3 misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $500 or by imprisonment for not more than one day or both such fine and imprisonment.
   (B)   Each day a violation continues shall be a separate offense punishable as described above.
