§ 74-02 Applicability to Particular Businesses.
   (A)   A business licensed and operated as an auction house shall not be subject to licensing or regulation as a pawnbroker.
   (B)   A business licensed and operated as a pawnbroker shall not be subject to licensing or regulation as an auction house.
   (C)   Each business shall, based upon the definitions and all of the circumstances, be licensed and regulated as an auction house or pawnbroker. No business shall be subject to licensing and regulation as a combination of the above.
