(A) A license fee is hereby imposed upon the privilege of using on the city streets or alleys any vehicle equipped with an amplifying musical system in connection with the sale or display of merchandise from such vehicle.
(B) License fees shall be payable by the registered owner of such vehicle in the amount of $100 per annum for the first vehicle and $50 per annum for each additional vehicle registered to the same owner and used for the aforesaid purpose.
