§ 73-01 Definitions.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   AMPLIFIED MUSICAL SYSTEM. A mechanical or electrical musical instrument, or music-producing device, equipped with an electrical amplifier or loudspeaker unless such meaning would be inconsistent with the manifest intent of this chapter, be repugnant to the context of the provisions or the context clearly requires otherwise.
