The amount of license fee taxed against any trade, calling, business or occupation shall be deemed a debt in favor of the city and such person so failing to pay such license tax fee against any such trade, calling, business or occupation. In any action brought under the authority of the city shall have all remedies in aid of such action, as are now provided for by law, including attachment, garnishment and execution.
