§ 36-31  Modification of Standard Contract Forms.
   The Purchasing Agent, after consultation with the City Attorney and with the approval of the City Administrator, may modify or delete existing and add new contractual provisions and clauses to all form contracts for the procurement of supplies, services and construction contracts utilized by the city, provided that such modification, deletions or additions are supported by a written determination.
