§ 34-04 Health and Welfare Benefits for Full-Time Employees.
   (A)   The city shall provide health and welfare benefits to regular full-time employees.
   (B)   The city is hereby directed to subrogate against third party tort-feasors in accordance with A.R.S. § 12-962, or other applicable statutes.
   (C)   This section shall not be construed to repeal § 34-05.
