§ 34-01 Personnel Rules and Regulations to Remain in Effect.
   (A)   The effective date of this section will coincide with the effective date of the new City of Yuma Personnel Rules. It is the intent of this section that the current City of Yuma Personnel Rules remain in full force and effect until such time as they are replaced and superseded by the new rules.
   (B)   The adoption of and any amendment to City of Yuma Personnel Rules shall be by resolution of the City Council.
