§ 32-36 Honorary Appointments Prohibited.
   The Chief of Police shall not appoint any person as a reserve police officer who does not meet the minimum requirements for appointment, and who does not, or will not, serve as an active reserve police officer as specified herein and as specified by the Chief of Police.
