§ 32-32 Badge; Equipment.
   The Chief of Police shall designate the type of badge and specify the type and color of uniform for the reserve police officers. The reserve police officers shall conform to these specifications and regulations as designated by the Chief of Police, and shall purchase such equipment and uniforms that are not provided by the city at their own expense.
