§ 30-26 Reading of Proposed Ordinances and Resolutions.
   By request of the Mayor or any member of the City Council, a full reading of any proposed ordinance or resolution shall be ordered, otherwise such ordinance or resolution shall have the number read and the title read or displayed publicly.
