3.24.170: CLOSURE OF HOTEL WITHOUT PERMIT:
During any period of time during which a permit has not been issued, or is suspended, revoked or otherwise not validly in effect, the Tax Administrator may require that the hotel be closed. (Ord. 94, 8-20-1998)
