AEROSOL PAINT CONTAINER: Any aerosol container which is adapted or made for the purpose of spraying paint or other substance capable of defacing property.
“ETCHING CREAM”: Any caustic cream, gel, liquid, or solution capable, by means of a chemical action, of defacing, damaging, or destroying hard surfaces in a manner similar to acid.
FELT-TIP MARKER: Any broad-tipped marker pen with a tip exceeding three-eighths inch (3/8") in width or any similar implement containing an ink that is not water soluble.
GRAFFITI: Any unauthorized inscribing, word, figure or design which is marked, etched, scratched, drawn, painted, pasted or otherwise affixed to or on any surface, regardless of the nature of the material of that structural component, to the extent the same was not authorized in advance by the owner thereof, or, despite advance authorization, is otherwise deemed by the Town Council to be a public nuisance.
GRAFFITI IMPLEMENT: An aerosol paint container, a felt-tip marker, etching cream, or any other device containing any solution or substance capable of being used to leave a visible mark at least three-eighths inch (3/8") upon any surface.
STRUCTURE(S): That which is built or constructed, and shall include buildings, walls, fences, poles and signs located with the Town of Yucca Valley. (Ord, 314, 4-2-2024)
