2.05.110: ESTABLISHMENT OF TOWN COUNCIL ELECTORAL DISTRICTS:
Members of the Town Council shall be elected on a "by-district" basis from the Council districts established by the Council pursuant to a resolution or ordinance in accordance with state law. The Town Clerk's office shall keep and maintain a map of the district established by the Council in accordance with this section. (Ord. 278, 5-1-2018; amd. Ord. 299, 2-15-2022)
