2.05.080: PAYMENT OF FEE:
The filing fee required by section 2.05.070 of this part shall be paid to the Town Clerk by each candidate for elective office at the time the candidate's nomination paper is filed with the Clerk. All fees collected in accordance with this section shall be deposited in the General Fund of the Town of Yucca Valley. (Ord. 223, 3-1-2011)
