Applications which do not include all required information shall be deemed incomplete within thirty (30) calendar days from application submittal. After applicant’s notice of incomplete application is sent, the application must be complete within forty-five (45) calendar days or application will be deemed abandoned. (Ord. 312, 3-5-2024)
