8.04.041: DESIGNATION OF FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR:
The town planner or their designated individual is hereby appointed to administer, implement and enforce this chapter by granting or denying development permits in accordance with its provisions. (Ord. 201, 5-26-2009)
