The areas of special flood hazards identified by the federal emergency management agency (FEMA) or the federal insurance administration (FIA) in the county of San Bernardino, including the incorporated area of Yucca Valley dated March 18, 1996, with an accompanying flood insurance rate map (FIRM) and all subsequent amendments and/or revisions, are hereby referenced and declared to be a part of this chapter.
