A. Residential Building Code Adopted By Reference: Except as hereinafter provided, with the acceptation of appendices AA, AB, AC, AD, AE, AF, AG, AI, AK, AL, AN, AP, AO, AR, AS, AT, AU, AV, AW & AY, the Residential Code, 2022 Edition, published by the International Code Council is hereby adopted by reference as the Residential Building Code of the Town of Yucca Valley. A copy of the California Residential Building Code, 2022 Edition, shall be maintained in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Yucca Valley and shall be made available for public inspection while this Code is in force.
