6.10.050: SEPARATE VIOLATIONS FOR EACH INCIDENT:
Each incident in violation of section 6.10.030 of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable or actionable as set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 232, 10-4-2011)
