A. Applications for temporary use permits shall be filed on a form prescribed by the director and shall contain such information and reports as may be required by the application submittal package or by other applicable ordinances or by the town in order for the director to make the required findings.
B. To ensure cleanup and restoration of the site, an applicant may be required to post a deposit at the time the application is submitted. Upon the completion of the event and inspection of the site by the town, the deposit may be returned to the applicant if the cleanup and restoration of the site has been determined by the town to be sufficient.
