The commission shall review and the council shall act upon all initial applications for preliminary development plans and significant revisions to previously approved preliminary development plans for planned developments. However, a recommendation for denial by the commission shall terminate any application for a planned development, unless it is appealed in accordance with the provisions of this title. The commission shall review and act upon all applications for final development plans for planned developments. The development review committee shall review all applications for preliminary or final development plans prior to their review by the commission or council. (Ord. 243, 10-15-2013)
