9.46.020: PROHIBITED:

Commercial solar energy and wind energy facilities shall be a prohibited use in all land use districts within the town. No conditional use permit, site plan review, building permit or other entitlement for use shall be accepted, processed, approved or issued for the establishment of a renewable energy generation facility. (Ord. 254, 12-16-2014)
