9.07.110: OUTDOOR LIGHTING:

Outdoor lighting shall be fully shielded or recessed in a manner to preclude adverse impacts to adjacent properties as a result of light trespass, or to any member of the public traveling on adjacent roadways or right of way, pursuant to title 8, chapter 8.70, "Outdoor Lighting", of this code for outdoor lighting standards.
