A. To be considered "hawking" and not a "swap meet" no more than two (2) permits will be issued per parcel or shopping center.
B. Hawking permits shall only be issued when there is a minimum distance of one-half (1/2) mile between approved hawking sites.
C. The hawking of merchandise shall be limited to the sale of flowers, fruits and vegetables and firewood. (Ord. 99, 11-19-1998)
