Any affected person may appeal a decision of the Community Development Director to the Town Council. Appeals shall be filed with the Community Development Department within ten (10) days following the date of the action appealed. Upon receipt of the notice of appeal, the Director of Community Development shall schedule the matter on the next available possible regular Town Council meeting. The Town Council may affirm, reverse or modify the action appealed. In ruling on the appeal, the findings and action of the Town Council shall be final and conclusive in the matter.
