A. The following is adopted in accordance with Title 14, section 18989.2 of the California Code of Regulations adopted pursuant to SB 1383.
B. Notwithstanding any other provision of Town of Yucca Valley Municipal Code, including, but not limited to, Chapter 9.32, as applicable, all persons and/or entities subject to the State Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance (23 CCR, Division 2, Chapter 2.7) shall comply with Sections 492.6(a)(3)(B), (C), (D), and (G), of the State Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance, as amended September 15, 2015, and as it may be amended in the future.
