6.02.500: COMPLIANCE WITH AB 1826 AND SB 1383:
Single-family premises and commercial premises shall comply with the organic waste recycling provisions of AB 1826 and SB 1383, and all regulations associated therewith. (Ord. 301, 6-7-2022)
