5.10.010: PURPOSE AND INTENT:

It is the purpose and intent of this Chapter to provide for the orderly regulation of massage services and establishments in the Town by establishing certain minimum standards for the education and conduct of this type of business which will protect the public health and welfare of the citizens of the Town.
