This chapter levying the special tax described herein shall be effective ten (10) days after the date on which the Town Council has declared that the voters of the Town of Yucca Valley have approved the chapter by a vote of no less than two-thirds (2/3) of the votes cast by the electors voting on the tax measure set forth in this chapter at that general Municipal election to be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2016.
