DEVELOPMENT CODE
4.20.102.3   Access corporation.
“Access corporation” shall mean the nonprofit corporation or other entity which may be designated by the city and operated for the purpose of coordinating the provision of public, educational, and governmental access programming and providing other services within a franchise area. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
