DEVELOPMENT CODE
4.20.102.2   Access channel.
“Access channel” shall mean a channel dedicated in whole or in part for programming which is not originated or controlled by a cable service provider, including but not limited to public, educational or governmental access programming (sometimes referred to as “PEG” access) or leased access programming. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
