DEVELOPMENT CODE
4.20.101.9   Franchisee shall not discriminate in its employment practices.
A franchisee shall not discriminate in its employment practices against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, or disability. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
