4.20.100.2   Ordinance and agreement are subject to requirements of Communications Act of 1934 and amendments thereto.
The ordinance codified in this title and any franchise agreements are subject to and shall be governed by all applicable requirements of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, and other applicable federal and state laws, statutes and regulations. (Ord. 205 § 3, 2001)
