DEVELOPMENT CODE
3.16.140   Violations—Penalties.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1000.00) or by imprisonment for a period of not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 11 § 15, 1989)
