A. All costs associated with the installation and maintenance of any directory in a mobilehome park or recreational vehicle park, or the installation or maintenance of a space numbering system in a recreational vehicle park, as required by this chapter, shall be borne by the park owner. No costs associated with compliance with this chapter shall be passed on to the residents of any mobilehome park or recreational vehicle park either in the form of a rent increase or separate charge.
B. All costs associated with the installation and maintenance of the identification number on an individual mobilehome, shall be borne by the occupant of the mobilehome. (Ord. 88 § 5, 1991)
